Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are processed within 1 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your approval of art. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We can provide you with an estimated shipping charges when quantities have been provided. 

We assist our customers in finding the most economical rates and methods to receive their goods.

If you require expedited shipping to meet and in-hands date, we will provide you with an estimate.

 

Local delivery  

------------------------------

For some orders we can provide free local delivery.  If you are in the San Diego County area, please email us at customerservice@emboldenbranding.com or call 760.809.1725 and we will try to accommodate your request.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. Our warehouse location is at 4040 Calle Platino, Suite 112, Oceanside, CA 92056.  If you prefer to pick up your order, please notify us be email at customerservice@emboldenbranding.com or call 760.809.1725.

 

International Shipping

For international shipping, please contact us at customerservice@emboldenbranding.com or call 760.809.1725 and we can provide you with an estimate.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Embolden Branding  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

The When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@emboldenbranding.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please notify us if you need shipping to a PO box.  Most of our carriers will not deliver to a PO box and we will need to coordinate with the appropriate carrier. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges  

------------------------------

Our products are decorated with your custom branding and we do not offer a return policy.  We take several steps to insure your satisfaction prior to receipt of product.  Sample requests, proof approval and even preproduction samples all insure that you get the product accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
